Divine Nrityalaya was founded by Dr. Glory Arockiam to give students of every age a disciplined, joyful path into Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Piano, Keyboard, Singing and Yoga.
Classes run at our Mahakali Kanti Welfare centre and at St. Dominic Savio High School. Students can prepare for Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and Trinity College London examinations. Over 100 students, from children to adults of all age groups, learn with us. Ages 5 and above are recommended, and adults are always welcome.
Our YouTube channel, started in 2020, has grown to 13.3K subscribers, 300+ videos and over 6 million views.

Founder and Teacher
Dr. Glory Arockiam is a trained professional dancer, choreographer and teacher in Bharatnatyam, Odissi, Kathak and folk dance, and a specialist in Hindustani vocal, Piano and Yoga. She holds a Doctorate in Fine Arts and has performed across Europe, including Austria, Italy, Belgium, the UK, Scotland, Ireland and Germany.
